OUR TEAM
Josh was born and raised in LaPorte, Indiana and is a graduate of LaPorte High School. He spent his high school years working for local businesses, where he developed a strong work ethic before deciding to build something of his own. Now, he’s starting Parking Lot Partners with his cousin, where he's focused on quality, reliability, and service. Josh stays involved in the local community and Chambers of Commerce and takes pride in giving back to the place he grew up.
Josh Frecke
Evan was raised in Michigan City, Indiana, and spent over a decade living there, and attended Culver Military Academy. He currently serves as the Director of Member Success at the Tempe Chamber of Commerce, where he works closely with local businesses and enjoys building strong, long-term relationships within the community. Prior to that, he spent over five years as a financial advisor with Renaissance Financial, helping clients navigate important financial decisions with a focus on trust and clarity. With a background rooted in sales, service, and relationship building, Evan brings an honest, high level of service and a genuine commitment to doing what’s right for clients and partners alike.
